New Crew - What New Crew need to know
Right now the superyacht industry faces a crew
shortfall of at least 3000. This is not so much
captains but crew like deckhands, bosuns, purser,
steward and stewardess. Engineers and chefs in
particular are also always hugely in demand.
With a crew shortage like that it might be considered
astonishing that so many people find it hard to
get find a job but quite frankly most people tackle
the whole exercise back to front or quite simply
